Peter Grubb Hut

I'm planning a hut trip later this year, and I wanted to start exploring where the ski huts are located in the region. Today I took a pair of metal edge classic skis and toured out to the Peter Grubb Hut near Castle Peak to have an adventure and do some exploring.

I caught a couple of summits today:

I'm not sure whether it was wind-loading or aspect or both, but there was significantly more snow on the north side of the roof.
